BookLooks transfers its reports to RatedBooks

BookLooks stopped publishing on March 23, 2025 and freely gave RatedBooks its review repository, according to its About page and an archived page. BookLooks.org LLC, the Florida company, remained active.

BookLooks.org LLC was registered in Florida on April 5, 2022.
On April 5, 2024, a Protect Ohio Children webinar introduced Stephens as PCHC's national cochair. She said BookLooks supplies the ratings and described collecting district book-location data.
On March 10, 2025, Stephens, as a LaVerna in the Library administrator, shared BookLooks' shutdown notice and said RatedBooks would continue linking to its reports. On March 24, 2025, Minnesota Reformer reported that RatedBooks was maintaining the BookLooks archive.
On November 14, 2025, Book Riot reported that BookLooks reviews were folded into RatedBooks. On March 20, 2026, the Florida company filed a 2026 annual report, a year after the site stopped publishing.
